Unhappy 1uzfe swap NEED HELP!!!!

I just bought a 1uzfe that was in a 91 lexus ls400. My main problem is get the engine to start while on an engine stand. i want to make sure the thing works and actually fires up. I am a complete newbie and have no clue what i am doing and need serious help! Here are some pictures!

Just brought the beast home! You can see the harness. There are only 3 plugs that plug in right next to each other on the ecu.

Sorry about the orientation of this picture. This is the ecu. I do not know how to use this to start the engine. Some guy on another forum told me i need to give it power and that it....That doesn't help me at all.

Here is the engine sitting on a stand. How do i get this to start on the stand. Im a complete newbie to this engine business and need step by step instructions on how to do it.

Honestly getting it to start on the stand is going to be a decent amount of work. You will need to wire up a fuel pump in a fuel tank and run fuel lines, you will need to hook up the air intake because it has the air flow sensors and the engine wont run with out them, you will need to wire up a battery and a few other things.
Its easier just to do some engine health tests.
Do a compression test to see if the head gaskets are still good. If you dont know how to do that look up the procedure on YouTube. Lots of how to videos. You will need to hook power up to the starter motor to spin the engine, or you can do it manually but that will SUCK!
Take the spark plugs out and see what they look like. You can find guides on how to diagnose spark plugs on the net.
Make sure the engine rotates freely, you will find out during the compression test.

In land cruisers the first letter or two letters of the chassis code is the engine family that is in the cruiser and the j stands for Jeep. So fj40,50,60,70,80 have a F serries inline 6 and are a jeep chassis. The number is then the generation. So currently land cruisers are UZJ100 and UZJ200 for the full size. This is due to having a UZ family V8 and 200 is the newest series. If you wanted to apply that naming method to an FJ Cruiser it would be a GRJ120. Since it has a 1GR family engine and it is based on the J120 land cruiser prado. But toyota does not use a land cruiser naming method on it. The FJ Cruiser model name is just a made up name to try and evoke the nostalgia of the FJ40 series land cruiser.
