SAS 1988 toy 4x4

I have a 1988 Toyota 4x4 I have a 1984 Toyota solid axle and rear, with t case. I am new at this but would like to swap to a solid front axle in the 1988. Would these parts work and if so would I even need to mess with the 1988 rear axle (gearing) when I swap the front solid from the 84? I am also wondering if I could use the t case that's already on the 88?

you need to know what gearing is in both... worst case, count driveshaft revolutions vs. wheel revolutions.

probably, but you should first identify it, by the number of bolts on the back of the case... need to be sure that it's not a chain-driven case in there.
