Leaf spring help

What's up guys I have a 92 Toyota pick up that I sas'd. I have the rancho 44044's in the front end and they are really stiff. What leafs do I need to take out to soften up the front end.

start at the bottom?? ide take a leaf out at the bottom and see how it does, how many leafs is it?
