cost for solid
 
hey guys i was just thinking what would it cost me if i had some one install my solid kit if I provided them with everything. So it would just be labor? Thank You in advance

Depends on the welder labour rate eh.
The cutting alone is about 1 or more to remove the ifs.
Then you get into grinding it smooth etc. It will add up.

it would be cheaper if you just got hte welderr to weld your hanger and cut your holes for the shackles.. and grindyour frame and put all the parts together youself...
id think it would be about a grand in labour or more.

Figure 16 hrs at $90+/hr shop rate nd you're looking at least $1440 in labor

Buy a 220v Stick welder (Lincoln) and practice practice practice and when you think you got it practice some more. You'll be getting more than just a solid axle yota, you will have experience.
