85 solid axle

Front right side Tire is way out of camber and toe in. Any ideas. It still drives and steers. 4x4works. Looks like it going to break off. I'm new to the site. Not sure how to attach pics to messages. Thanks.

Welcome from Alabama. Have you checked the trunnion bearings?

There are no camber adjustments on a solid axle. Check your trunnion bearings as stated above, and your wheel bearings. If those are ok, make sure the axle it self isnt bent.

Thanks for the replies. The front axels were rebuilt last summer and a locker was installed by an off-road shop here in Edmonton. The mechanic replaced both bearings and seals on the knuckles. I'll have to look into it a little more. Thanks again.

Passenger side knuckle replacement.

I have removed all components to get to the knuckle. I have lined up the flats on the ball to remove from the knuckle housing. It does not come out. Without checking with a caliper it does not appear to have damage on the housing ,ie, being bent in . Is there aftermarket knuckle housings that can be welded on to the axle. If this one is in rack bent. ??

Thanks.
