Yeah, that is true. I need to know when, though, cause I have to formally request the time off if I have to take time off, as it is considered "vacation" rather then sick leave. My boss doesn't care, but the office lady throws a fit!

When; Memorial weekend
Hotel names will come later this week.
This will be an"East meets West" run.
Make preps for any kind of weather or situation.
I've been up in part of these mountains and it's great ,because there's no one around for miles.

Woohooo Doug and I will be there along with my daughter and son-in-law who just rigged up their X-Terra. When you get a moment let us know the town we should be staying in so we can work on reservations. With it being Memorial weekend will need to get res soon as possible. Thanks for setting this up Andy.

Need some more info. Want to plan a detailed route to take rather then just guessing where to go, so, what's an address of a Hotel or campground near the Wheeling area?!

Ok guys, i just now got off the phone with live277 (Andy)
this event as been postponed, they are working 7/12s, yes thats right 7 days a week, 12 hour shift (if you want a job he can get you you NOW, lol).
They have not had time to do anything, no planning, no pre runs, no one has worked on thier vehicles nothing.
Andy was saying it should slow down in about a month or two, and then they can plan something towards Aug. Sept. probley after the Jambo.
