Reiter or Evans run for canceled PNWYJ...ASAP
Is anyone up to wheelin/camping at reiter pit? i Know its been done before, but I have my truck loaded, ready to go with brand new bumpers/winch, and I dont want to unload it now. SO, Email me or respond to this post ASAP if anyone wants to go to reiter and we'll hash out some quick details!!! we'll make something out of this weekend yet!!!
Also, if no one wants to go to reiter, PLEASE someone tell me how to get to evans creek, as it looks like some of us will be going there, and whoever will be there, tell me where you will be and when. I HAVE to wheel this weekend
BTW Thanks soo much to Rob and all the yotatech guys for making this event possible..even if the rangers screwed us. It was very professionally put together, and handled. Rob: Up for some Reiter????

You are coming from Marysville, right? Get on I-405 south and take the SR167 south to SR410 east to SR165 east. Take the right fork into Evan's Creek, stop at the staging area and get a map, and then get on the radio and holler at us! My buddies and I will be there Friday afternoon, camp overnight, and wheel Saturday before heading back to Whidbey Island.

Is there a fee to ride the trails at Evan's? Is there a fee to camp?
I'm planning on going there most likely this Saturday. I will tune the CB over to Channel 4, I know where the campgrounds is at from the entrance to the park. I've been there 4 years ago. I'm pretty sure it will be dusty. Man, I kinda wish it rains Friday so that the trails will not be so dusty for Saturday.
Who is going to Evan's this weekend?

For Evan's Creek you need to get a Northwest Forest Pass that is $5.00 at the Wilkinson Grocery Store on the way into Evan's Creek or at REI, or Ski and sporting goods stores that sell lift tickets.

Here you go. riving directions from Arlington to Wilkeson. Once you drive through Wilkeson, you just need to follow the road across the nice bridge until you get to the split-take the right road it goes straight to Evans Creek.
(Arlington)
1. Start on N BROADWAY ST 0.1
2. Turn Right on E DIVISION ST 0.1
3. Continue on W DIVISION ST 0.3
4. Continue on WA-530 0.9
5. Continue on WA-530/WA-530 NE 2.6
6. Continue on WA-530 0.1
7. Turn Left to take the I-5 SOUTH ramp 0.3
8. Merge on I-5 SOUTH 25.2
9. Take the I-405 SOUTH exit 0.9
10. Merge on I-405 SOUTH 27.1
11. Take the WA-167 SOUTH exit 0.7
12. Merge on WA-167 SOUTH 19.2
13. Take the WA-410 EAST exit 0.5
14. Merge on WA-410 EAST 6.7
15. Continue on WA-410 EAST/WA-410 E 4.0
16. Turn Right on MUNDY LOSS RD E 1.2
17. Bear Left on PIONEER WAY E 0.2
