Oregon Meet and Greet

Hello all,

Trying to start planning an Oregon M&G. Don (85toyman) is gracious enough to open up his brand new Toyota shop in Monmouth for us to use. He thinks it should be finished by mid-July so I was thinking late July early August. Post up if you want to attend and a few weekends that would be good for everyone.

Here is the address:
North West Toy's, llc
425 Gwinn Steet
Monmouth, OR 97361

I would like to join!

My summer schedule is up in the air right now but I am planning on having weekends free, hopefully!

Rob,

sorry I missed you. You should have called me. I was busy working and didn't realize what time it was until about 4. I would have stopped and gladly come to visit ya like I intended to do!

Guys and Gals,

The shop is making great progress, unfortunately we have had a set back on getting a contractor in here to finish site prep for the parking lot. I will keep everyone updated but we may need to push a meet off a few weeks.

Hello All,

We are at the finish line! Building is coming together nicely. We finish sheet rock this week! I am expecting to finally have this place up and running end of August. I am thinking we can do the meet and greet some time mid September. Should be cooler out but still nice. Looking like the 15th or 22nd. Looking like a 10am to 3 pm time slot.

If there is enough interest we can have a local Hawaiian food truck come down for those that want to have lunch while here, but don't want to have to worry about bringing food with them. Plates range from 6 to 10 a plate. It's heaping and will fill you up!

We will have a fork lift available for flexing competition. Raffle for free swag, gifts for show and shine, best overland outfitted vehicle, ETC. It should be a good time. It would be great if we could have 20 to 30 rigs or more get together. Spread the word!

This will be a family friendly get together so please be mindful of that if you plan on attending! This will be a drug/ alcohol free event!!!

No beer? I'm out! Just kidding. I'm pretty sure either of those weekends would work for me!

Hey guys, long time since I posted last. Been busy getting this project finally done. The shop is up and running finally.

Looking at February 23rd 2019 from 10am to 3 pm time slot.

We will be teaming up with Hilux club of North America. There should be some cool diesel toyotas present.
