What should I ask for 2000 4Runner - 5-speed manual?

Time to move on from my wife's 2000 4Runner. It has the 5-speed, 183K, is in great shape, but does not have the e-locker. It is an SR5, so cloth seats, no sunroof, etc. It has barely been off road, it still has the running boards. We bought it from the original owners who drove it on the highway, and my wife has been putting nothing but highway miles on it. 3.4L V6. New tires, clutch has about 20K miles on it.

It looks like I am lucky in that 4Runners sell like hotcakes here on the Front Range of Colorado. This is a great vehicle, but my wife drives 70 miles a day and this really isn't a great vehicle for that kind of driving.

I was thinking of asking $6000. What do you think?
