How much is a '99 Highlander Edition Worth?

Looking to buy a '99 highlander edition 4runner. Wondering what I should pay in this market? Price range?

Here's the specific vehicles options I'm looking for....

V6 5 spd 4x4
<200k miles
E-locker option
cloth interior
overall body condition good-very good 8/10
Mechanical sound needing no major immediate repairs
very minimal to no undercarriage rust
