hey where are the Tennessee people?

I got my first Toyota last month 1986 standard pickup... basic as they come

month later i got a 4x4 1986 toyota pickup

both 22r and wow did i get trouble lol

Live in memphis gd luck with ur trks. I have 85 forerunner fresh paint,starting to do stuff for.ordered header from nwor. Have Downey air injection installed.pretty stock otherwise

my jeep friends want to join but I told them I wasn't going to bring any tow straps so they backed out lol

well update
I bought my 2wd toyota in jan...
problem after problem...
clutch master and slave
brake master
belt
distributor cap
plugs
battery
carb rebuild and clean

then i finally get it running for 1 week and i hear slaaaappppyyyy sound
DEATH Rattle

so I order whole kit for my (what i thought to be my 1986 toyota pick)
NOT after tearing down engine and everything chain is short
cover is short parts are all wrong

turns out to be a 1984 engine in my 1986 toyota
finally get it all torn down and put back together and oil still slinging
I replace oil pump and seal,,,, well turns out to be a crack in my harmonic balancer UGGGG
so waiting on that

wish me luck.. my so called car buddy that I have been trying to have help me is a no show now 4 times lol

oh forgot to mention i had bought a 1986 4x4 that i could use parts for mine...
got it good deal
400 engine rod is gone

so i pull everything
I mean everything
tore it down to chassis and a guy wants that
sold

tranny sold
and i still got all the parts i wanted
nice thing is the engine has a 22r weber carb so im going to put that on mine
hope all goes well with that
