Another item.
You know how good the chat works here with AOL's chat room feature we use.

I can setup a link here in this section that will point to 4roc or something like that.

It will work just like the chat we use now.
All you need is AOL's IM software, or Trillian's, which are both linked to download on the main YotaTech index page.

If this idea sounds good, let me know, and I will get to before the weekend.

Then on each of the pages you guy's make, you can also link to the chat.

It won't take me anytime at all to set this up, and if so, I can do it tomorrow.

PS, I have tried before in the past, it won't allow you to use the #4 first, it's an invalid item.

So, I just tried this URL, and it works perfectly, although I had to talk to myself :laugh:

As long as a word is in front of the 4, it works.

aim:GoChat?RoomName=chat+4roc&exchange=5

So this is 4ROCs own chatroom? Sounds great.

It's activated now, check it out.
Stand by, I have to mod the URL to it, and make a new one now.
Somehow it took me to a BOT room.

Gimme a bit to iron out the bugs, and I will update the URL you click on to chat with.

OK, it works now.
I had to rename it YotaTech 4ROC Chat.
When I had the name Chat in front of the name before, a bunch of bots were in the room already for some reason.

That should not happen now.
The new link is up and I was just in the chat area, and it works.

The chat is at the very top when you log into the main 4ROC area off of yotatech.com

I found out the snafu.
I had permissions set to "private", as I had forgot to turn it on to "public" the other day.

You should be able to see it now.
