FJC thread for vids found on the 'Net

I should put all of the FJ Cruiser vids I find while surfing into a single thread.
I think this will be the thread to put them in.

I wonder if he kept his shorts clean?
Watch him get all off camber several times.
Watch the video in full screen mode.

Makes me wanna take my FJ out.
Oh wait, mine has not been born yet :D
Perhaps this week Toyotas water will break and give birth to it.

The first one is a very cool video...I almost got my own pants wet :D

One thing I wanna point out...look around 5:40 of that video, you can see the ATRAC working (front right wheel) :)

Corey Jun 18, 2006 12:20 PM

In the first vid?
I will have to re-watch it later.
I think I will pipe it into the living room to watch it on my TV set.

Also in the video I learned the spotter and the stabilizer on the bumper are Jacque & Chris from trdparts4u.

Very very fantastic video clip...but I don't think my stock 06 T4R V8 gonna make that trail... I think at least I have to lift 3'. hehe~ Looks so tempting...
Maybe one day ...I will.

Thx for video clip Corey..^ ^

Yeap, the first one. Set it to 5:35 and then watch the wheel from then on.

Oh and good to know I guess! I'll make sure to kidnap them when I see 'em on the street :)

j/k of course

Excellent spotting there, excellent. The "spotter" behind the FJ really annoyed me, i kept seeing his rear while I was trying to watch the truck.

FJ on the Lions Back

There is the "F" word which I heard twice, so use discretion if viewing at work.
I had headphones on.

I don't like this vid... I mean, my FJ didn't come with a fat ass for ballast. Why didn't he just drive through it? He didn't need to go that slow or have a roaming lard on his vehicle. What the heck is A-Trak for anyways? This trail is close enough to me that I may have to drive over there in my stock FJ and show some folks how it is done....

Sorry for the somewhat rant. I know I never usually rant in here, but this video seems to me to be one of the lamest displays of what an FJ can do.

He is probably new to wheeling and the other folks there had him convinced he was climbing up Mt. Rushmore or something.

I'm sure it was rougher than it looks on film but he still didn't need to go that slow or be that deliberate, even in a stocker.

Here is a very short film of me from a couple of weekends ago. Not a tough hole but it was fun to drive through a few times:

The 2nd one opens with what looks like a not so Tread Lightly friendly entrance, but since I was not there, I can not be sure.

I would go through several pairs of shorts if I attempted this.
Probably need a new seat too, it would be wasted.
Waterproof or not.
