Torsion Bars
 

I was wanting to lift my 95 T100 on the front end to fit bigger tires but after installing a ball joint lift I’m still not happy with the height. I decided to crank my torsion bars some to get a little bit more height but noticed that the bolt for them was supper long on top with about 3 1/2 inches of the threads showing. I was just wondering if that means it is lowered or lifted.
