Cool New Old School Shoes On The T !!!

2nd time posting on the T 100 site. I have had 2 4runners before but first time for a T 100. I will tell you it is hard to find mods for these trucks. Anyway I test fitted my truck with the new tires and wheels I scored on ebay . These are Co-Op Sprip Spurs 7.50x16 (True 33" X 8.50" ) Bias Ply . These may not be for everyone but here in the south these are the best tires for the mud right next to the Gateway Buckshot Mudder Bias Ply (not the Maxxis buckshot Tires but the real deal old school tires).

My family has been farming for years and all they run are the Co-Op or the Gateway Mudders because they get them in and out of the field everyday without missing a beat. Man the tread is unreal on these tires (right at a inch of tread) . I have seen the Co-Op and the Gateway Mudders in action at the local Mud races and I can not say enough about these tires. Here is some pics of them on my truck.

These are only my hunting season tires. I will only install them from November to January. I have 31x10.50 bfg at's for the rest of the year.

My lift is bj spacers in the front . no cranking on the bars. Old leaf from my Jeep Cherokee.

I assume you do alot of street driving since it looks like the truck is parked in town. What are those bias ply tires like on the street or highway?
They look good on your truck, I love the tread.

I do drive alot on the street but not with these tires.I just put them on to test fit them. I put about 3,000 miles a month for work so I use BFG A/T for the street.I will take some pics tomorrow when I put my street tires back on. If you notice real close there is not weights on them yet. I have to get them balance but they are not that bad like they are. They ride better than my BFG's (no bull). I think it is because they are so narrow but they do make some sweet howling noise coming down the street. My family run these year round and from what they say they last a long time. They do flat spot if they set overnight but they come back to round after a couple of miles.

I will take a pic or two with a quarter in the treads so you can see how much tread there is.

I love Tall and Narrow tires. They fit so much better than the wide tires.

Where did you get those from? I priced some new N78-15LT (about 29-30" tall and 7.5" wide) at a local Gateway Tire and they were 160 each!!! A p78 was 175! yes, EACH!

not sure how those are in the mud...but i personally prefer the super swampers...and for hardcore muddin the BOGGER...i have been runnin TSL's (31"10.50") for about 4 or 5 months now...still almost brand new....THE BEST TIRE IN THE MUD...and my next tires are goin to be LTB's in 33" 13.50"...kinda big for my stock toyota....but i can do plenty of trimming..or a small lift...lol..but by far the best tires around for the mud....
