Lifting my 1997 Toyota T100 4wd 3.4L Extended Cab

So I don't have the money right now to buy a true lift kit. And my tires are balled down. I have a friend who has a set of 35's he's giving me. Could I turn my torsion bars up enough and put big enough blocks in the back to fit the 35's under my truck?

No way possible your gonna fit 35s on the front without a real lift of some kind. Cranking the torsion bars might eek them in there but once you compress the frontend over a bump its gonna slap the tires into the finders.

Do it right or dont do it at all.
