3.4L V6 T100 Assembly help needed

So, we've got a T100 with an Automatic tranny and the 3.4L V6 that needed new heads at work, that we got in a trade. It was disassembled by an EX-coworker. The numbskull took everything apart with no labels of any kind, no organization. All the hardware in a bucket together etc.. I've been tasked with assembling it with the new heads. I've got it pretty close to completion, but I need help figuring out where a few more things go.
Any help where the following parts go is very much appreciated.

What connects here?

The following two shots are of the same vacuum line, which is connected to another line which lines up with all the brackets, so I believe I am in the correct location, but unsure where it connects.

Hose on the right goes from the air intake tube to a metal tube attached to the upper plenum. Hose on the left goes where your finger is pointing and heads to the back of the block and connects to a 3-way plastic Y fitting located near the wiring harness. The other two legs attach to the lower intake manifold, IIRC.

The bottom bracket attaches to the upper intake plenum and the black diagnostic box slips on the end of the bracket.

Can you turn the other two brackets to a couple of different angles and post up pics?

On that little tube on the driver side you should have an open hose or port (can't remember which) to the firewall side upper manifold.

All the parts and truck are at work, but you've been very helpful! I can post more pictures from work tomorrow if i cannot get them all hooked up. Again, very much appreciated.

I'm thinking that upper bracket may go on the upper plenum near the throttle body if it has a slot in the end for a cable to fit in with an adjusting nut on each side. Possibly the middle bracket too.

The 90 deg thing is made of plastic?

Got the stuff on the back of the intake sorted. Have this vacuum line left on drivers side. Does it go to this tee fitting i'm also pointing at? It comes from this little red thing off the x fitting im pointing at. It attaches to the lower port on the res thing.

In post 8, pic 1 the small tube does connect to the T you are pointing too.

The bracket with the triangle stamped in it: driver side between 1 and 2nd valve cover bolt (from front) into head to hold wiring harness.

Bracket with plastic bit attached: under 1st valve cover bolt attaches to power steering pump mount to hold wire.

The 90 deg one has me stumped. As dirty as it is, I'd say it's from someplace fairly low on the block. I cannot find anything like it on my Tacoma.

So I'm curious as to where that bracket with the 90 degree plastic deal went....

Well, that's the one thing i can't place. I think it goes down near the altnerator, where the wiring harness makes a sharp 90. However, I don't know for sure though. Been finishing some other repairs though. Replaced the front axles, assembling the body work etc.. I will let you know if i figure out the 90 though. Anyone who cares to shed some light on this, do speak up.

I bet you are right on that location. It would seem the wiring harness may have a clip that fits around that bar on the 90 to keep it in place.
