relay question

As far as I'm aware this is on my truck a starter relay or an AC relay, it has a corresponding relay in the cab though where it routes powered night heater and AC that doesn't exist. Completely wired up no AC no compressor nothing. Starter relay? And whats the purpose of this wiring?

Oh the bottom left, yeah that little missing chunk, I wouldn't worry bout that little guy.

The starter relay would be out in the engine bay, passenger side.

What vehicle? I'm assuming it is the standard back to the future type...

Could you please have a more understandable, clearer description of your problem or what you are trying to do?

oh right

Context would help, I'm doing a complete harness rewire. Also I can not only learn how to be able to fix my 85 pickup at any given time but also because I'm going to be building a camper on the back. Among a few other things, turns out I didn't need to do the rewire at all, but I didnt know till it was out. like I said I'm new to this and I found out they were almost no grounds done properly.

But that's the context and that's just a relay that I believe is for the mostly for the ignition system

Sounds like you have a lot to do.

I've been at this for months, there's two crappy parts, one I didnt need to rewire. The voltage drops were all bad grounds I bet. But I can't be certain. Too much time in electrical it's best to take the battery out. At least as far as safety with electricity. Second, I had near zero experience under the hood. On the bright side. I have parts and do-hickies up the wazoo, likely enough to wire another truck. Ahhh having practically zero memory, it's so expensive.
