Please Help Windows not working

So its cold out and my windows are stuck in the down position. During the summer I removed the doors, planning to make half doors or get manual windows. I had to rewire the doors after finding out that manual locks and windows for a 95 4runner are hard to find in my area. Here is a run down of what I have done to try to get them back up.

1) stripped and connected the wires with butt connectors
2) connected wire colors to matching colors, using the colors at the master switch on the drivers door, for window regulartors only ( I did not connect the door lights, power mirrors, or locks)
3) checked what fuses I could find under the hood (right side) and under dash (by drivers feet)
4) all interior dome lights, radio, dash clock, and gauge lights are working
5) None of the windows will move up or down, including the sunroof and tailgate window. Tailgate window will not work using key either.
6) scratching my head and looking for answers on yotatech

Hmm. my only suggestion is make sure all are plugged in at the same time and then check fuses. In a project truck I had in the past, if the control panel on the passenger side was unplugged the driver side wouldn't work at all(circuit system). I'm sure someone on here has been through this headache and will have more fore you.

Are there some fuses somewhere I might not have looked yet? maybe under the glovebox. In the haynes manual it says that in some years there are fuses back there. What fuses work the window regulators? No fuses are marked for what they are so I am just checking to see if they are blown.

Also when I press on the switch for any of the windows the lights on anything do not dim. so its not drawing power at all.

OK,.... So would the window lock button not being hooked up cause the windows not to work? would that also cause the sunroof and rear window not to work?
