Installing Electric Fan, Question On Wiring.

At some point in the near future im thinking of installing an electric fan on my 86 4Runner. My main concern is the power draw when the fan starts, some fans can draw over 100 amps when they start and then draw 30-40 amps while running, so i was wondering if it would be possible to install a capacitor (like those used for sterio amps) to help reduce the power draw on the electrical system, is it possible to do this ?, and would it work ?.

I think if you go with Flex-a-Lite's fan controller, Part# 31165-VSC, can ramp it up without hitting your system with a huge shock.
