Ignition switch wire questions

Hey, so I replaced the ignition switch on my '89 4runner (truck starts now, yay!) but as I was pulling out the old switch and wiring harness I noticed that a few wires on the harness had been spliced. The wire that had been spliced was a Black w/ White stripe. What does this wire do??? I don't know if I want to splice in my B / W wire like the previous owner did or just remove the wiring. Everything on the truck seems to work. I tried to follow the solid back wires that the BW had been spliced into but it goes into the main harness and I couldn't trace it.

Put it back to stock if you can and everything should work.

turns out it was some sort of ground for my (aftermarket) horn. The horn wouldn't work without those wires spliced in :bang: whatever, it works now
