Headlights not working all other lights good
 

alright so i did some research on the forum, found a few other people with issues similar to mine, none quite the same and none resolved. so heres my problem...

i hydrolocked my 1990 pickup, workin on that..went to turn the headlights on and they didnt work...so i checked the high beams..they worked, so i tried flippin the switches on and off and everything, then after a few times of switchin ˟˟˟˟ on and off...high beams stopped workin.... so now both high and low beams dont work, every other light works, backlights, blinkers, breaks, reverse, ect..i can hear the relay under the hood clickin, the highbeam notification light on the cluster doesnt work...anyone had any similar issues?
