cigarette lighter

alright i have a 99 4runner and my cigarette lighter and the two 12v ports up front are not working and i do not know if it is a fuse or what. if it is where is it.

Look inside the fuse panel on the lower left side of the steering wheel, if its not in there look in the fuse panel on driver side under hood

I don't have a wiring diagram for the '99 specifically, but on my '02, the cig lighter and the power outlets are powered from two separate fuses.
