2007 Tundra SR5 Interior lights inoperative and interior clock resets to 1:00
Ok guys, hoping you guys can shed some light on this problem I am having ( pun intended). Have a 2007 Tundra SR5, 5.7L, TRD package (4×4). A year or two ago, came home, shut the truck off. Went back out about 15 minutes later to go somewhere, and it wouldnt start. Starter had died. So, went to AZ, bought a reman starter, looked around online to find out where the starter was, CUSSED the engineers who decided to HIDE the damn thing BEHIND the R side exhaust manifold.....then I jacked the truck up, disconnected the positive battery cable from the battery, then proceeded remove the R side manifold and then the starter. Got everything put back together ( only had 1 12mm nut leftover, and never did find a stud that was missing a nut....)...connected the positive cable, fired up the truck. Now here is where it gets weird. When i reconnected the battery, my passenger side door was open. It did arc a tad bit at the battery, but it should have. Thd truck started up fine. However, since that happened, i no longer have ANY interior lights (courtesy, dome, footwell areas) and my clock resets to 1:00 every time i turn the key off. Instrument panel, radio, cargo light....all of those still work. Any ideas? I have physically checked EVERY fuse i can find with a test light and a DVOM, and I tried checking a couple of bulbs but cant tell if they are blown. I find it hard fo believe that EVERY interior light bulb would blow at the exact same time....I know it could happen.....but this is a toyota....so it doesnt seem likely. Any ideas??? BCM? How difficult is the BCM to get too?
