where to cut holes for dual case shifters 87 4runner

fixing to do dual t case on my 87 4runner and need to know how and where to cut out for the shifters all advise is greatly appreciated

Search.....? Depends on what center console you have. Iirc, its 6.5" back from where the original tcase was......
