Torque values for 22R flywheel?

Hey guys, just rebuilt my 22R and now putting it back together, I have gotten 2 different torque values given to me for my flywheel, just trying to figure out which one is right?

84 toyota 4x4, 22R

Mitchels says 73 to 86 ft lbs

If you rebuilt it you've probably got an FSM? Follow what it says. 1985 FSM says 80ft/lbs.
