ticking sound after rebuild?

Just looking for some help... I head two burnt exhaust valves so I was running on four cylinders (3vz-e) due to the low compression. The machine shop did a complete valve job and fixed my leak. I put it all back together and the truck runs great, no leaks, good compression everything.. but there is a ticking or knocking sound coming from the head (or valve covers) which ever you prefere to call it. I was wondering if assembly lube was enough for installing the camshaft and the lobes... any help would be aprecciated,,, will this tick go away on its own?

sounds like valves out of adjustment, piece of cake on a 22r(e), but I don't know on a 3vz
