Stay away from www.discounttoyotaparts.com!!!

I just wanted to warn people here that this site www.discounttoyotaparts.com has extremely poor communication and apparently will not allow you to cancel an order.

I ordered some shackles from them last week and canceled the order a few hours later. I received an email back from them trying to keep me from canceling. I responded to this email saying I just wanted the order canceled.

Low and behold the next day they send me an email with tracking numbers and billed my bank account for the order amount. Since then I have sent several emails to refund my money with no response??

Buyer Beware!!!
From my experience with them you would be better off going somewhere else that will communicate with you and not just charge your bank account when clearly you have canceled an order

a lot of orders get shipped automatically than you need to go through this processs:

What is an RA number?
RA stands for Return Authorization number. This number should be visible on the outside of any part you are returning to us for any reason. Please contact us prior to shipping your part and an RA number will be provided.

Pain to deal with but seems like once you get the parts you should be able to return them. Have you talked to them on the phone or only used email? Good luck..

Well I sent them an email that contained a link to this post, within a few minutes I received a response. Kind of amazing after a few days with no response. any way they gave me a Phone Number and the problem is solved my money will be refunded. The guy I talked to took care of the problem right off, its just to bad it had to take a post like this to get a response.

ya it takes steps like that to get attention sometimes. ive dealt with them a few times but always got it resolved. its a big online company so sometimes its hard to get through just like any big company out there. thgey deal with goods and real bads and so i can understand frustrations on both ends. good thing you got it resolved and hopefully its avoided in the future
