Random Misfire

About a week ago I added some Marvel Mystery Oil both my 4Runner's gas and my wife's 2006 Murano.

It helped smooth out my idle on my 22RE and her Murano seemed to be purring along for the week.

Fast forward to today. I get in her car and start running around town (it's now down to 1/2 a tank) and I notice it seriously bogging off idle and fighting acceleration. It pulled a code P0300 (random misfire).

I immediately topped off the gas tank, but it made no difference.

I find it very peculiar that it drove great all week and last night with no issues and now I can't even pull out in front of oncoming traffic.

What do you guys think, do you think that this could be the FI cleaner and I need to let it burn through, or something else?

The back three plugs and coils are ridiculous to get to (have to remove the intake).

I'm afraid of burning up a valve or the catalytic converter if I keep driving it the way it is.

Not claiming to be an expert of any kind but I'd go right to checking the plugs. Have you ran seafoam or any injector cleaner through it at all? Are there any pending codes that allude to anything when it gets scanned?

Resolved. Turned out to only be a dirty AFM. Amazing what just dirt on a sensor can do
