New pump n filter, same problem

About 2 weeks ago i was driving when my truck simply died. I have sinced replaced the fuel pump, which helped for about 4 miles, then all new fuses blew. it took me 9 30 amps to get home. then i replaced the fuel filter. Made it all of 10 miles this time. but now even with the 30 amps they blow in about 10 seconds. so new filter, new pump, and eninge rebuilt top to bottom in the last year.

any help???

What fuse/s are blowing?

Model and year. History of truck...some more details.

No way to diagnose or even suggest what might be wrong with so little information.

ok sorry guys new at this
its a 1990 with 155k on it rebuilt the top end a year ago bottom end 6 months ago, fuel pump n filter i did within the last two days
the initial problem started out of the blue, i was driving up a hill when then fuse went, i put my spare in but it instantly popped. i got it towed home where i replaced the fuel pump. I made it about four miles when the 15amp EFI went again. i was able to get it home by using 30 amps in place of the 15s. so i then replaced the filter. drove about 10 miles with it running beautifully. on my way to class the EFI fuse(15) went again.
the fuse thats blowing is 15 amp EFI it was able run for a bit with a 30 in its place but now the 15 amp blows right away and a 30 lasts about 4 secs.

i just wanted to know if anyone else had this problem or any hints. my neighbor is a mechanic(bike n quad) and hes stumped

Check the oxygen sensor wires down near the sensor, if they burn though, the EFI fuse will go. Look for any part of the wire burned/rubbed through and shorting out.
