How to remove factory under coating?

Wondering if anybody knows what Toyota used for under coating on their pickups. I'm looking to strip the underneath floor of my cab but it looks like they used some caulking type spray and it's a real pain to scrape off. I'm thinking if I knew what it was I could mabey get a solvent or something to help strip it off. Anyone have any tips?

dry ice and a hammer. Google "undercoating dry ice hammer" and a whole bunch of threads will pop up with instructions.

From what I gather, the dry ice freezes the undercoating and the hammer causes it to shatter and fall off - if you're working on the underside, I would try putting the dry ice on on the top (bare metal) so you don't have the possibility of dry ice falling on you while you're under there.

Dry ice and a hammer/chisel is easy and less messy than the solvents

I always used a air scraper or a air hammer with a wide chisel!

The spray on solvents work but are messy and give me a headache
