Thats just a custom job...
I mean, you can just buy a pop-up camper like that and stick it in the bed of your yota like any other truck.
Its prety sweet though ...

darn, i saw on the way to San Diego last saturday, a 4x4 Ford Aerostar. I tried to take a pic with my digi cam but couldnt. it was pretty interesting though. it was lifted with offroad tires... you could see the front straight axle. it had body armour, .... the whole works!

actually, that's a '78 or older pickup that's been converted to 4wd, most likely a wolverine conversion with a dana 30 front axle and divorced dana 20 transfer case. you can tell by how the front fenders really taper compared to a '79-83 truck, though the back of the cabs on them look the same.
