Does anyone know of a transaxle/22R Combo??
 

Hey guys, I am building a couple of sand rails, and I planned on using a built 22RE for one of them. Now insead of making everything, does anyone know of a transaxle that will bolt to a 22R?? At least then I only have to make hubs and axles.....not an adapter plate and everything else.

Yes. Just about any GM fwd. From what I read they have the same if not very similar bellhousing bolt pattern.

I can't help you, but if you end up finding a combo and actually build the rail, please post pics here. Someday I want to build a rail and a 22r would kick ass in one!
