I'm sure there's much more out there, found these in about 15 seconds.

man...I would LOVE to have nice bucket seats in my 92 pickup (5sp., 4wd, base, 2.4l engine)! The bench seat has hurt my back so bad for so long I have actually had to limit my driving. I'm not sure what is available in my area because there aren't many junk yards anymore, but I will definitely look. I have even thought about having this seat re-upholstered, but it might be just as bad.

I was looking for a different year range Toyota, but I found my seats on craigslist. A guy had a bunch of totaled Hondas and Acuras on his property (sort of a mini junkyard).

When I was looking for a lot of parts and on craigslist all the time, there were cars and trucks being parted out daily with good seats.

It's unlikely you'll find a perfect match for bolt pattern, unless the bucket seats for the same body style Toyota are the same. They might be...but you never know (without using search ) or measuring yourself.

yeah, I think I will have to get some measurements and see what's available at a pick and pull yard. maybe a couple 4runner seats might come close? never been a big fan of craig's list, but it is an option for sure.

Maybe it depends on where you are. I've bought and sold every vehicle that I've owned over the last 10 year on craigslist exclusively. Plus gotten 90% of my other parts from it. And sold any other thing non-auto related that I've wanted to sell.

Haven't had a bad experience yet, though I know some people have. Honestly I don't know of any other single better place to buy and sell stuff than craigslist, currently.

Just sayin, you might want to keep it open as an option.

Most of my friends who rent out rooms have found all their renters on craigslist...musicians found people to play music with (who are now also good friends) who posted on craiglist that they were looking for people to play with...etc....

I'll definitely keep it as an option! I know a lot of people use it. Especially for people who have more public profiles. Just like anything else, including e-bay, etc. Always good and bad. The good is the local option it provides.

Nice looking Chinook you got there, btw. Very cool.

I went on one date with a woman I met through Craigslist. A ten minute conversation proved we had many of the same interests but I just couldn't look past her hairy knuckles or that bump on her throat. I gave her a fist bump and left.

She must have liked me because she keeps texting asking if I want some dirty pictures. Bill Cosby texted me the next day telling me that She tried to rape Him.
Think I'm gunna have to change my number.

Ebay, for whatever reason, I don't use.

Thanks! It's been a project, but it's been great.

e-bay is great for small parts, and sometimes uncommon things, but nothing large. shipping costs sometimes make it not worthwhile. they have a really good guarantee policy though these days. craigslist seems good for more local buying. In fact, i've already located bucket seats on craigslist, but I am not in a rush, and they are a bit far away to check out right now. I'm gonna check out a pick and pull yard which is closer.

the "other" services on craigslist I will stay away from
