Best way to carry 2 kayaks on my 3rd gen

I did a search and didn't find what I was looking for, so here goes...
We just purchased 2 sit on top Pelican kayaks that each are 31" wide.
Figuring out a secure way to carry them on the roof of my 98 4Runner with a factory rack has been harder than I thought.

Here's my current ideas:
1) Using my Yakima 48" bars and one set of Land Shark Kayak saddles to hold one boat to the rack and piggy back the other boat on top. I already have the hardware for this setup.
2) Using a Jcradle system that mounts them horizontally to either the factory rack or Yakima bars.
3) Getting some 64" inch load bars and using 2 sets of Land Shark saddles to keep the boats side by side.

Which do you think would be the securest setup? If you have other suggestions (aside from duct tape  ), let me know.

Thanks,
Phil

I currently have mine setup with the Kayak Stacker from Thule which I think works :great: , and will work with Yakima Bars.

I use Yakima TLC saddles to carry two kayaks on my 48" bars. I usually leave the saddles on the driver's side and use mountain bike attachments on the passenger's side, so for local, below-70 mph trips I put one kayak in the saddles and flop the other one upside down on the bars and strap that one to to the Yakima bars and to the boat in the saddles.

I've used two sets of Hullaports from Yakima for the last 5 years, no complaints.
