If you buy online, you have to pay for shipping and installation at another shop. There will be no warranty and they probably aren't the best tire, that's why they are only 500 bucks.

It seems like I remember reading that these are made by Cooper tire but not 100% sure.....I am not even sure that they make those tires anymore...http://links.pictures.aol.com/pic/3d...p5Fd3Ig=_l.jpg

I say go for it, not everyone can afford brand new swampers or bfg's. I have bought my fair share of used tires and cheap brands, with limited or no warranty. I'm sure they do well, and they look pretty good too.

119 for shipping on top of the 479 for the tires =598 I think you can get a better deal on name brand tires from TIRERACK .com or even maybe 4wheelparts.com I belive they are having a buy 3 get one free right now

Those tires look like retreads. Ive seen companys that have name brand skins that retread them and sell cheaply. I dont think I would do it. I have 33x12.5/15 pro comp mud terrains that I got for 158.99 each. I bought them when they had the buy 3 get one free and paid $476.97 for all 4. They are great tires and work well

Those are the mastercraft courser MT's. Mastercraft is a subsidiary of Cooper tire. I've had mine for a couple years now, and yes they still make them because I had to get a replacement around christmas this last year, due to a broken add a leaf coming out of the pack and gashing the sidewall....but I digress.
No it's not a name brand, but they are a very good tire. Similar quality to the Cooper discoverer line. I think you would prefer them to the Pro comp MT....I've seen them in action and they don't seem to clean too well, or have much sidewall "bite".
If those are retreads, then I probably wouldn't buy them, but the mastercraft's new are a solid tire. They've treated me quite well, and I would buy them again.
