Any interest for 1st Gen 4Runner pull handles?
Wanted to see if this was a major problem in the 1st gens, the rear seat pull handles to fold the backs down have broken on both of my seats. I got in contact with a 3D printing company that would be willing to make some of there was somewhat of an interest in the community. Anybody interested in 3D printed pull handles? |
From what I've seen there are different release mechanisms in the first gens. (mine are metal) You should post a photo of the kind you are referring to.

My 4runner has the type you posted a picture of as far as I can tell. Both of mine are still intact, but I'm sure there must be a lot of people out there with missing or broken ones. Have you gotten a price per knob?

Knobs should be pretty standard. Go to junkyard and try some. Plastic housing of my backrest broke so I got a set from 3rd gen. I think it will work but Ive been too busy to install.
