I came across a recent video series on the history of Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) and thought I would share.

More specifically, this series covers the history of General Motors automatic transmission fluid, Ford automatic transmission fluid, Chrysler automatic transmission fluid, and Toyota automatic transmission fluid.

This video series has been put together by Professor John Kelly from the Weber State University Automotive Department and is well done.
