O2 sensor issues 1996 T100 v6 4x4
 

So I'm having issues with my o2 sensor. I had a check engine light come on, so changed out the sensor in question cleaned threads and replaced with new lock nuts after 100 miles the code came back. Sensor isn't lose any tips on the next stage of diagnostics...? Worried I may have an air intake leak anyone else had a similar issue.

yes and I have head problems on a 95 t100 v6 3.4
