What Weber carb will replace a stock '85 carb?

What Weber carb will replace the factory carb on a stock 1985 22R?About what price and how long to change it?....thanks.

You'll get more power, but if you don't know how to set it up, it will take you a while...

There is nothing wrong with an ASIN... IMO, you'll be a lot better off. And you won't be searching for how to plug all those vac lines...

If you have emissions where you are, I'd avoid it (the Weber) like the plague though...

the weber 32/36 is the replacement. they are smog legal in CA according to the CARB website, but your local smogger may not know this. They are 400ish dollars, and the kit should be a direct swap to your truck.

depending on who you ask they may or maynot be worth it. some people love them, others have problems. you may be surprised at the improvement from simply rebuilding your current carb. I would definetly try rebuilding before buying the weber, as rebuild kits sell for 40 bucks(i just did this, they aren't to hard to clean and rebuild). if you are looking for more power try a header, the 20r/22r/22re responds well to them.
