Weber carbs

Ok so on my truck it is a 87 2x4 with a 22r engine. I am stuck which carb is better the Weber 38/38 snyc or the 32/36 progressive. I rebuilt with ENGBLDR kit with his cam. What i want is some get up and go, not a race truck and it does not get driven anywhere but around town. So which carb would be best

38/38 for power 32/36 for gas mileage. I run a 38 on my 22r. Nice power increase

Hi I'm new to the Toyota world I was wondering if o get the 38/38 and Doug thorley tri y headers would I still need to regear to have enough power to run 33s or maybe 35s my engine is a stock 22r on 86 4wd I'm going to lift 5inches any advice would be good I feel like power upgrades are cheaper than to regear thanks.
