TRD 1st gen (grey) supercharger vacuum leak

TRD 1st gen 'charger has an L shaped by-pass valve assembly @ the left rear. It comes apart in 2 pieces after being unbolted from the main housing. There are 2 O-rings inside where the 2 pieces fit together, & where they slide into the back of the impeller housing. My check engine light trips showing a lean bank 1 code. A smoker revealed leaks @ the valve unit. I contacted Magnuson for parts but they no longer carry parts for the 1st gen.(tough luck for those of us still using the old, but faithful 1st gen). They did, however, offer to sell me a new generation 'charger! All I need is the 2 O-rings.

Has anyone else out there had this problem & found a solution? I haven't had much luck getting hardware store o-rings to fit properly. I've even tried sealing the O-rings & their passages w/ gasket compound, which worked for a while. I'm hoping for some help in finding a long lasting fix.

Thanks
Jim

If you have exhausted all your sources

Tried Industrial Suppliers ??

O Rings can be made you just need the correct size material and adhesive

Might take a little practice

The size O Ring you need would be a big help
