I just need to know what weight of oil to put in my transfer case and transmission in my 89 4x4. Thanks.

Red face

A lot depends on where in the world you live

Does it get to be Minus 60 F for weeks at a time or is it like 120 F warmer most of the time.

Toyota calls for a API GL-5 75W90 in the transfer case

The trans calls for API GL-5 80W90 als the differential

This being in a normal climate

Lots of people have good results with redline MT-90 in the gearbox. But you definitely want to use GL-4, NOT GL-5 in the gearbox. The synchros in Toyota gearboxes of your vintage don't like GL-5. As for the viscosity I run 75W90 in the transfer case and diffs.
