Toyo 4runner 2003 codes??

Hi so I'm having problems with my Toyota 4 Runner 4wd 6 cy. 2003
Engine light and VSC on off light are on
I took it to my shop and the codes: 0420, 0430, and 2238 popped up

I don't know cars at all but I DID replace all the cats about a year ago...but the lights always came back on and stayed on.
I need to fix the lights and codes so I can pass smog!
