Torque specs rotors/steering knuckle

I've got a 1992 Toyota Hilux 4x4. I'm doing brake pads and rotors. I need to know the torque specs for the wheel bearing hub to rotor bolts (the ones that connect the housing to the rotor. Also, should I use loctite on these. My second question is what is the torque spec for the steering knuckle to control arm? I've seen specs from 125-140 ft lbs. Also, do these need to be put in with loctite? I've cleaned everything and am ready to reassemble.

Thanks,
Jim
