toyotafiberglass.com works great. I think his name is slacker on here. Check out his threads. Awesome work. He also makes just DIY replacement pannels.

rust, once it gets going is just about impossible to stop. Ive tried the rust convertor numerous times and it does almost nothing. POR 15 is supposed to be the best anti rust coating out there. The only thing I have found is to grind and cut all the rust out, use a good epoxy or self etch primer and topcoat with whatever.

From my experience the rust converter will hold up for a while but not indefinitely. Short of taking the truck down to bare metal whether frame or body and recoating/painting everything you will be dealing with rust every couple of years I would say.

one option is to cut out rusted panel and replace with a doner panel from a junk yard bed in better condition, then treat seams and apply epoxy or bedliner.

Rust is the death of all toyotas and I live in wisconsin. It a total war, southeners have it good.
