newbie here w/ some header fitment ???

Hey, I found this site looking for headers. Anyways...I have a 1990 factory 1ton dually. It has a new 3vze w/ a 5 speed. Wondering if anyone knows if there are any headers for it that will fit the 2wd version?
thanx

How about checking the websites of header manufacturers such as Doug Thorley, Pacesetter, Hooker, Hedmen, etc. Or check performance vendors such as Jegs, Summit, etc.

your goin to have a hell of a time getting them in ... if you have the motor out makes it alot easier

The only people that have headers for a 3vze (that i know of) are NWOR, Downey. There is a thread floating around about talk about some new Doug Thorley ones but afaik they are still vapor ware.

summet, jegs, hedmen etc will NOT have them for the toyota.

headers

Thanx for the info guys...Already called nwor and they wouldn't give me the time of day :chair: . Saw how a guy has some Downey headers on a 2wd w/a 3.4 swap, but wasn't sure if theywould fit the 3vze. Haven't talked to downey yet on the phone. I can't remember where right now, but I did see someone selling the Thorley headers, but I will call Thorley directly to see if the 3vze's are shipping.
duncan

I thought Downey made headers for the 3vz-e or is it because it's a 2wd that they won't work. Just wondering because I was thinking of getting some to put on my truck when I get the motor back together. Mine's a 4x4 though.
