lift

people keep asking me if my 4runner is lifted. i have never lifted it but it does look like some po has possibly lifted it a tad. is there a way to find out if it does have a lift kit?

yea.. get under there and look for stuff thats not toyota. skyjacker.procomp.ome.rancho. there might be yellow parts. might be red parts. if the shocks and springs are stock. check the t-bars. or bj spacers or body lift.

sooooo many options.:guitar:

Really? I wish. My truck looks like a 2wd (IMO), it's so low to the ground.
Are the rear leafs supposed to me mounted underneath the rear axel? Or did my PO swap the rear end for a 2wd rear?

on 4wds the springs are suppose to be on top of the axle

2nd gen 4runners have coils in the rear. No leafs...

The 2wd and 4wd 4runners are the same aside from the added drivetrain. But usualy 4runners sag alot, toyota never got springs right :)

Woohoo.
More tinker time.
Why the heck would mine be underneath the axel then? Any ideas?
