How tight do i tighten rod bearing and main bearing on my 84 toyota 4 wheel drive with a 22-r motor? I need quick help please

Torque specs for 4 cylinder main caps and connecting rods
 
Main bearing cap bolts 76 Ft. Lbs.
Main bearing cap studs 86 Ft. Lbs. (ARP has their own specs for their own studs with and without molly lube)

STOCK-Connecting Rod Cap Nuts 46 Ft. Lbs.
"PRO"-Connecting Rod Nuts 50 Ft. Lbs. LC Engineering
(ARP has their own specs for all their own fasteners with and without molly lube)

I just rebuilt my '85 22RE EFI it's been BORED, PORTED, and STROKED. 94mm Bore, 94mm Stroke, Chromoly H-Beam Rods Pro journal, Forged Pistons, Clevite 77 Main and Rod Bearings, Stroker Crankshaft w/ Pro journals (pro journals just helps in bearing choice)
Bored throttle body-plunge bored 3.5mm oversize, taper bored 4mm oversize, .455 lift camshaft W/ offset durations-(bottom end torque) T-304 stainless ceramic coated 1 1/2 inch header, FlowMaster exhaust, KnN FIPK, HD pressure plate Dual comp. Clutch disk,(matal pucks on one side, fiber on the other), Head is ported, throttle body spacer W/ a spiral bore design, Teflon Heat isolators as intake gaskets, (keeps heat out of intake).....
