Help 92 or 94 Toyota pickup two wir plugs under air intake desperately need help

If been to every auto parts store in town even the Toyota dealer and nobody can help me figure out this part so I can fix my truck its locate under the air intake there two wire plugs that plug in and there is some type of sensor or cylinoid and nobody can tell me what the part is that I need replaced I have included two pics please help me

It might help to highlight just what your wanting to look at.

I think your looking at the cold start injector time switch

The coolant temp sensor .

Just a guess
